Alex Barker Catering

Alex Barker started her catering journey, training at Leith's cookery school in London in 1994. She subsequently cooked her way around the world, from Cornwall, via the Alps to the Great Barrier Reef. On returning to the UK she gained employment as an events organiser at one of London's top catering companies. The events she had responsibility for ranged from corporate canapes and dinners right through to large country weddings.
